The assets will be unlocked at 00:00:00 (UTC+0) on the unlock date. There might be slight delays, so please be patient.

Can the assets be unlocked or canceled earlier?

Yes, due to user irregularities or rule changes, assets may be unlocked or canceled earlier. If this occurs, please contact our support team.

Where can I view my unlocked asset?

You can view your asset at Wallet > Spot > Transaction History > Send and Receive. The status of the asset will display as ”Vesting”
